Cosmetic Surgery Before and After Photos

While we have performed thousands of successful procedures to the satisfaction of our patients, we have chosen not to display any photos on our publicly accessible website. We do this to honour our patients’ requests for privacy, and it is something that they truly appreciate.

Why We Protect Patient Privacy

As a board certified plastic surgeon, I take patient confidentiality very seriously. Many of my patients undergo procedures that are deeply personal, and they trust me to protect their privacy. Sharing before and after photos publicly, even with consent, can expose patients to unwanted attention or judgment. By keeping these photos private, I ensure that my patients feel safe and respected throughout their entire experience with me.

This approach is also supported by Canadian privacy regulations, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act), which requires that personal health information be handled with the utmost care. I believe that respecting your privacy is just as important as delivering beautiful results.

How to View Before and After Photos

I maintain an extensive collection of before and after photographs for every procedure I perform. These photos are available for you to review in two ways:

• During your consultation: When you visit my office for your private consultation, I will show you a comprehensive selection of before and after photos of patients who have had the procedure you are considering. You will be able to see results on patients with similar body types and aesthetic goals to your own, giving you a realistic expectation of what can be achieved.
• By email request: If you would like to see photos before booking your consultation, you can contact our office and request before and after photos for your desired procedure. Our patient care coordinator, Eva, will be happy to send them to you.

What to Look for in Before and After Photos

When reviewing before and after photos, whether at your consultation or from another surgeon’s website, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Consistency in lighting and angles: Reliable before and after photos should be taken under the same lighting conditions and from the same angles. This ensures you are seeing a true comparison.
• Similar body types: Look for patients whose starting point is similar to yours. Results can vary depending on factors such as skin elasticity, body composition and overall health.
• Natural-looking results: My philosophy is to create results that enhance your natural beauty. I aim for outcomes where people notice that you look better, not that you have had surgery.
• Realistic expectations: Every person’s anatomy is unique, so your results will be tailored to your individual features. Before and after photos provide a helpful guide, but your surgeon should discuss what is realistically achievable for you.
