Cosmetic Surgery Fees
How do you want to improve your appearance? Below is a list of fees for the procedures we offer at My Plastic Surgeon. I believe in transparent pricing so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Understanding Your Costs
I provide upfront pricing because I know that cost is an important consideration when planning cosmetic surgery. Please note the following details about our fees:
- Consultation fee: The consultation fee with Dr. Kasrai is $100 and it is deducted from the surgical fee if you decide to proceed with your procedure.
- Facility fee: Some prices include an additional $750 facility fee, as noted in the pricing table.
- HST: All fees are subject to HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
- Cancellation policy: We require 48 business hours' notice to avoid a $125 short notice fee.
- Pre- and post-operative appointments: Follow-up visits with Dr. Kasrai are included in your surgical fee.
Cosmetic surgery is considered an elective procedure and is not covered by OHIP. However, certain reconstructive procedures may be covered. During your consultation, I will discuss all costs with you so there are no surprises. If you are combining procedures, such as a mommy makeover, a combined fee may apply.
